Made to Order

We are currently operating on a Made to Order basis to reduce waste and only provide for exact demand. Please allow up to a month for garment orders to ship and one week for face masks.

Covid Restrictions

1800 Gallons is based in London which is not currently under any lockdown restrictions. We are fully operational but delays may occur due to unavoidable issues faced by couriers, suppliers and partnered factories and seamstresses. International orders may be subject to additional delays depending on the circumstances of the destination country. If you have any queries about order timelines or have an issue with a current order you have placed please email studio@1800gallons.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

UK Shipping

Free shipping on all UK orders over £100 using a tracked and signed delivery service.

EU Shipping

Standard tracked/signed service. Please allow up to 5 business days from despatch.

Please get in touch if you require an express service.

Following the Brexit transition, EU orders will now be subject to VAT and import charges on arrival at their destination. This liability lies with the buyer. We are currently exploring how to minimise and streamline this but please bear with us as we navigate the new legislation.

International/Rest of World Shipping

Standard tracked/signed service. Delivery times vary depending on region.
