Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your 1800 Gallons product but should you need to return your purchase we ask that you complete this process within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please ensure all tags and packaging are in tact and that the product arrives back to us in the same condition as sent. 

Items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way will not be eligible for refund. Face masks are non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.

Items received outside of the stipulated 14 day returns period may not be accepted and a refund may be refused. 

Items that have been specially commissioned or had custom alterations are not eligible for return. 

If you need to return your order please email studio@1800gallons.com to inform us and to receive further instructions. Unfortunately as we are a very small business we cannot cover return postage costs so please consider carefully before purchasing.

Clearance/Sample Sale Items

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for clearance sale items. In this instance we can offer you an exchange or store credit on a future purchase.

Online sample sale items are not valid for return or exchange.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items before the production period has elapsed. Pre-orders are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit if the item doesn't suit, provided the studio is notified and the piece has been returned within 14 days of receipt. Please choose carefully and email the studio if you have any queries regarding sizing or colour.
